[STORY]

Pennsylvania: An epidemic burst without precedence: corpses become the living dead, starving for human meat, cannot die unless they are shot in the head. Whoever is killed and devoured by them then become in turn a living corpse, and therefore the contagion spreads across the land. The society is panicked, on the edge of madness and anarchy. Four people, Peter, Roger, Stephen and his your pregnant wife Francine, are able to leave a big metropolis by now gone mad and take refuge in enormous shopping mall. Here the zombies seem to be irresistibly attracted to something that probably arouses a memory of their life in them. Thanks to a system of automatic doors and a perfect organization of their group, the quartet is able to reject the attacks of the living corpses for a long time. But unfortunately, at the end, comes a gang of insane hooligans on motorcycles attempting to destroy the zombies. They open the doors of the gigantic mall. There is almost a total slaughter, in which everyone is involved: the hoolingans are attacked, quartered and devoured alive by the zombies, while Roger and Stephen succumb to the bites of the living corpses. When everything seems lost, the only two human beings alive, Peter and Francine, are able to get to a helicopter and - with little fuel and few hopes of being able to find another place still immune from the terrible contagion - they take off from the shopping mall, circling in the sky in which has begun to shine from the sun.
